My name is Karoline, I am a 23 year old woman. I am excited about my business in website design and photo editing! It is what I've wanted to do since my sister introduced me to it. My sister is Cathy from Avalon Rose Design, and my mother is Jean from The Ruby Door. They are a big part of how and why I'm so interested in this. I also have two other sisters, one brother and I'm a big Daddy's Girl!
I'm also engaged to be married and we have a 8 year old boy, Quentin.
Over the last year I've been healing from major reconstructive hip surgeries. I was born, along with two of my sisters, with Congenital Bilateral Hip Dysplasia. This causes the hip joint to slip from the socket involuntarily, the only thing to keep from becoming crippled by 30 years old, is surgery. This left me with 3 screws holding each hip socket together, and I was only 23 years old. For 4 months of my young life, I was walking with a walker, using a bathtub chair, and depending on other people to take care of me. I was lucky to have my family!
I'm mostly healed now and trying to get stronger everyday! Now I want to put my time towards building my business. I love knowing I can make someone smile, no matter who it is.
