Returns & Exchanges
CoCo’s gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed and defective items within seven (7) days from date of receipt. All items must have original tags attached. Upon approval of your Return, a Boutique Voucher will be emailed to you by a Staff member. Boutique Vouchers must be used within 180 days from date of original purchase.
When using your Boutique Voucher, a purchase may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value. There are NO cash refunds.

Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible. All packages must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.

Shipping Information
At CoCo’s, we take great pride in handling our orders promptly. Due to our occasional show schedule, orders could be delayed at certain times of the year. Generally, orders are shipped within 7-15 days from date of order, unless an item is out-of-stock. After review of your order, you will be notified by telephone if any items are out of stock. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be alerted when your order is shipped along with tracking information.
